The Avatar was produced by ORUN as a special assignment from the Imperial Navy. Due to certain misinterpretations concerning the finer points of this assignment ORUN decided not to produce this spacecraft excluisively for the Navy, but rather to sell it to the open market. Now Orion, the Empire, Nordon and Andoronia have bought several of these versatile attack fighters, but they haven't really made it to the civillian market. The Avatar contains highly sophisticated computerized guidence systems making it capable of feats nearly defying physical laws. The Avatar was voted the most agile all around craft in the Galaxy by the Galactic Counsil of Science, outmatched only by GCE's Quantum.
