This race is closely related to the Korthea which can be seen by their similar physical characteristics. The Kildoron are much more aggressive and frightening than the Korthea. Looking into the eyes of an angry kildoron requires a resistance roll vs. paralysation to avoid panic. It's believed that the Korthea evolved from this race (although there are some who claim that the Nordon army created them both) in a universe where intelligence and honour mean more than death and fighting. The Kildoron ruling gender are the female, and the males act as servants, workers and breeding machines. The Kildoron female only bears children once in her life. At the very end of it she bears two children, and she dies at childbirth. This is the only way to die according to the female Kildoron, and death in combat is a weaklings way to die (male Kildoron seldom fight but share a similar view). The Kildoron are all close together, residing in the eastern part of the Empire, in three or four systems. The exact location of these systems are not known to the general public, mainly because it's too dangerous to enter the systems. If the Kildoron were provoked they would almost surely begin attacking the Galaxy. That would be unfortunate, to say the least, considering that there are over 10 billion of them and they would fight until the last drop, as the words retreat and defeat are not found in their vocabulary. There are some Kildoron spread over the galaxy but these are a few rogue elements. There is no better race which to take into combat if you don't make plans on returning defeated. For the Kildoron, females are the dominant gender. Males are merely used for fertilization. |
