The under armour category contains a variety of armour components and armour layers, such as helmets, gloves, boots, full body suits and flak vests.

Flak vests are simply bullet-proof vests that protect the user’s torso, and nothing else. They are very easy to conceal (at least light and medium) and should always be worn by adventurers under their clothing.

The light flack vest is used a lot by law enforcement personnel, especially since it offers an adequate protection against all forms of attacks, and also because it can be worn beneath body armour and ROAS lowering all AC's except bludgeon and explosion by one. The flack vest offers only protection of the torso, but it's better to have the flack vest than no protection at all.

The PCA is a favourite in the Imperial Marine Corps, and it has a much better reputation than the PPA. The light PCA offers similar protection to the PPA, but it looks better.

A commonly available item for the adventurous spacefaring family unit. Connects via an ambilical to the parents suit, sharing scent, sound and oxigen. Opagueness of windows is adjustable for eye contact with one or both parents.

More expensive units come with feed dispensers, auto-straps and even soothers.

Some units allow for the extension of the "bubble" to allow for larger passengers.

The “Rage of Elders” Armour System was originally designed to compliment the weapon system of the same name focused on giving the Geneler a fighting chance against the ACAL wielding Evaliah.

The TDW Armour System“s main purpose is to provide resistance to mental manipulation by ACAL wielders. The TDW was designed as a modular system providing the possibility to add plating according to the task at hand, raising or lowering it“s AC and damage reduction along with it“s category and skill requirement accordingly.

The TDW is in by its orginal design not space worthy but does however provide protection against dangerous gases.

The Dilern Regime being ever mindful of the possibility that they might have to defend against the Evaliah, have made sure to keep the TDW armour up to date.

This armor manufactured by Joker Inc. and engineered by Edgar Toll, is the personal armor of choice by the Joker strike teams. Using a miniture version of the cloak systems rarely found in spaceships, it is great for infiltration and pares up nicely with the Bulldog 172B for the ultimate infiltration package.
Special: Stealth field while standing still, or moving really slowly, giving 75% bonus to stealth checks while standing still and 50% while moving slowly, even in illuminated areas.

The pader is a serious armour, said by many to be better than the smart suit. Although that's probably not true for most cases, this armour does offer better protection against piercing attacks.

The pader was at first meant to be an armour for the Orion army, but Orion found their smart suits to be a better choice, especially since they don't cost much more, so the pader is sold to the open market.

The Pader is a suit, much like the smart suit, but its protection does not come from Fibber alloys as the smart suit, but from plastic plates inside the lining. This make the armour a little more bulky than the smart suit, but does offer a good defence against any type of attack, whereas the smart suit is inadequate against piercing and bludgeon attacks.

The Special Operations Acal Protection suit was designed to give the wearer some protection against acal powers. It features an extremely complicatated and advanced electronic system that protects the wearer, provided it has power.

Since the suit is designed to give protection against acal mind powers it does not offer as great physical protection as other suits in its class. However, there are very few penalties to wearing this armour despite its size.

It is not really known exactly how much acal protection the suit provides but it should at the very least help with stealth capabilities against acal sense powers and against mind attacks.

The suit is spaceworthy and can be used in vacuum for a limited time.

On the shoulder of the suit is a semi-autonomous drone with a zoom-lens camera that can both be activated on the suit itself and sent off into the air to gather intelligence.

The Apotheosis is a Paradox design but primarily meant for non-Forekode races. It is forbidden to export from Paradox but smugglers have been busy doing it anyways and making a tidy profit of it.

The armour is very durable and flexible and gives the wearer bonuses to physical stats as well as a defense bonus. If you are trained it even grants you an initiative bonus. It also provides the wearer with a filtration system and limits exposure to the vacuum of space providing a few rounds of spacewalking. It does however not provide magnetic boots or any ocular modifications.

The Apotheosis appearance adds a slight intimidation bonus to the wearer and untrained intimidation roles are available while wearing the full suit.

The Apotheosis has become popular amongst the richer adventurers in the eastern part of the Empire, Dangerzone and Dilren regime. Even though Paradox has an export ban on the armour you won't get in trouble for wearing it unless you're inside Paradox.

The Fibersteel armour is a highly versatile piece of protection. It offers great protection against laser and piercing attacks, although it is vulnerable against bludgeon and explosive attacks. As the name implies it is constructed from Fibres of steel like material. This makes the armour very hard to pierce.

The Dilern Regime being ever mindful of the possibility that they might have to defend against the Evaliah, have made sure to keep the TDW system up to date.

The wearer of a TDW requires specialized TDW training in order to avoid its "Untrained" effects due to the disorienting anti-ACAL measures.

Special: It is not really known exactly how much acal protection the suit provides but it should at the very least help with stealth capabilities against acal sense powers and against mind attacks.

The Battle armour is the heaviest commercial armour available, and it provides the user with unequalled stopping power against any form of attack. The Medium and Heavy varieties even offer damage reduction, which is a die that is subtracted from any damage the user might incur. Thus, if the wearer is shot for 10 points of damage, the actual damage sustained is 1d2 or 1d4 hit points lower, and the armour takes the rest.

This armour features one of the most advanced robotics available in the Galaxy, it is made out of a strong metallic substance and is moved by 80 strong motors which is controlled by the movements of the user and a microprocessor in a small box on the back of the ROAS, which also houses oxygen for 24 hours, injection system to provide food, smoke pack which can release 5 charges as per smoke grenade, a battery pack to provide power to the ROAS (when the battery is wasted (after 24 hours) it needs to be recharged (hook the ROAS up to a power charger) or it will go immobile and the user cannot move).

It takes roughly 15 minutes to take of and get into a ROAS and must be done with the aid of another person (a more expensive version, the AutoCrawler which costs 2000 credits more opens up when desired and allows the user to get into and out of the ROAS in a minute without help (to open it up the user must have the right security code. There is only one catch, if the AutoCrawler has taken 300 points of damage without being repaired it becomes unusable, and an individual trapped inside it cannot move, or get out!) The ROAS is self-sealable as SS and spacesuits.

The ROAS can only be used by warriors with 14 or more in strength. It enables the user to carry 160 Kg, but he gets no agility bonuses although he still receives all penalties (if his agility score is low enough)..
